RACHEL'S BIO

 

Rachel Mullin, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, has an extensive background in both business and fitness. Her commitment is to help people achieve a positive, lasting change toward a more healthy and productive lifestyle.

 

Years ago, she went through intense training for a volunteer program called “Mentoring Moms”, where she guided troubled mothers so that they could get their lives and families back on track. There, she found her true passion in helping people become aware of what it takes to live a healthy life. This includes educating and instructing people in both fitness and nutrition, so they understand the importance of “a strong, healthy body and mind”.

Rachel is also owner of New Beginnings Personal Training Studio, where she does one-on-one personal training, small group training, as well as small group kids classes.  Wellness lifestyles that spread to the whole family have greater impact and provide the support essential to lifestyle changes.

Rachel holds a BBA in Finance from George Washington University (1988), and is a Certified Personal Trainer with American Council on Exercise, as well as a charter member of the Association of Professional Personal Trainers (APPT).
